By creating an account or purchasing a subscription on FEC Connect (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
These Terms apply to all use of FEC Connect, including paid Founder and Powerhouse subscriptions and Spark purchases, processed through Stripe.
By creating an account or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
All content, materials, designs, graphics, and written materials on FEC Connect are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform without written permission.
You agree to use FEC Connect only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Violation of these terms may result in suspended or revoked access without refund, and potential legal action.
FEC Connect facilitates connections between members but is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or business dealings of any member. You are solely responsible for your own interactions, agreements, and business decisions made with other members.
We provide reporting tools to flag inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to review, investigate, and take action on reports, including suspending or deactivating accounts, at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any member's profile, credentials, or claims, and you agree to exercise your own judgment when engaging with other members.
We offer paid Founder ($14/month) and Powerhouse ($29/month) subscriptions and Spark bundles for purchase. All pricing and features are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing or features at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your chosen subscription on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
Spark purchases are one-time, non-subscription purchases and are non-refundable once used.
Founding members who joined during our early access period retain their lifetime Powerhouse access as promised at the time of enrollment. This status is non-transferable and applies only to the account it was originally granted to.
FEC Connect is a networking and matching tool. We do not guarantee business outcomes, client acquisition, revenue, or any specific result from using the Platform. Your success depends on your own effort, judgment, and the quality of connections you pursue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages from your use of the Platform. This includes damages from interactions with other members. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Platform.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited and its employees, officers, and agents. This covers any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your interactions with other members.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of New Brunswick.
We may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Effective Date" will be updated. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the new version.
