About FEC Connect

What Is FEC Connect?

FEC Connect is an AI-powered matchmaking platform built exclusively for female entrepreneurs. We exist to solve a problem that every woman in business knows intimately: finding the right people to work with is hard. Fiverr feels like a gamble. LinkedIn is noisy. Facebook groups are overwhelming. And word-of-mouth only goes so far.

FEC Connect changes that. We match you with women who fit your niche, budget, working style, and communication preferences , so every connection feels intentional, not accidental. Whether you need to hire a copywriter, find a launch partner, land a brand deal, or meet your accountability partner. Our AI surfaces the women most likely to be your perfect fit.

Who Is It For?

FEC Connect is built for female entrepreneurs at every stage. That includes coaches, course creators, copywriters, funnel builders, VAs, designers, social media managers, and anyone who runs their own business. If you're a buyer looking for expert support, a seller wanting to reach ideal clients, or a collaborator seeking a strategic partner. This platform was made for you.

We're especially proud to serve women from all over the world , London, Lagos, Los Angeles, Mumbai, Paris, and beyond. Business knows no borders, and neither do great partnerships.

Who Builds It?

FEC Connect is built by Whitney McQuade, founder of The Female Entrepreneur Community, a network of over 200,000 women in business. Whitney kept watching women in her own community struggle to find real clients, collaborators, and hires through Facebook posts and cold DMs. So she built the tool she wished already existed.

Every feature comes from real feedback from real women using the app. This is not a big tech company guessing what women need. It's one founder, building in public, fixing what's broken as fast as she finds it.
